Most problems will be diagnosed within 30 mins and all parts and
labour will be quoted before the engineer proceeds to fix the
problem.
Occasionally it may take a few days to receive parts for your
boiler as some are more obtainable than others. However
we do use many suppliers and aim to acquire the part as soon as
possible to get your problem fixed. When we service a boiler a
Corgi gas safety certificate and flue gas analyser print out report
will be issued. Both of these will be signed by the engineer and
the customer giving you reassurance that the job has been performed
in accordance to Corgi standards.
We understand that most people are not available during office
hours therefore we provide an early morning and evening appointment
system.
